I joined a Meteora tour with Riki, and it was one of the highlights of my trip. The guide’s knowledge of the monasteries, local history, and the rock formations made the entire journey fascinating. The pacing was comfortable, with enough time to enjoy the views and take photos without feeling rushed. What really stood out was the passion for the area—it made every stop feel meaningful rather than just a photo opportunity. Overall, it was a well-organized, engaging, and memorable experience that I’d recommend to anyone visiting Meteora.

The organisation of the visit to the Meteora monasteries was impeccable, from the pickup in front of the Larisa metro station to the end. The guide (I apologise for not remembering his name) was particularly well-informed; he answered all the participants' questions competently. The three monasteries visited were well chosen, impressive in their positions, perched on the rocks of Meteora and in terms of the treasures of Orthodox art. The lunch, although frugal, was sufficient.

The guide Maria is an excellent person, the stop at the restaurant cafe ". Camino" was great, as well as the pizza for dinner. In Meteora the food in "Eufrosino" super rich and The Monasteries are great, a tour that is a must when traveling to Greece.

I liked the service provided by the tour guide, the drivers and the company as a whole. Eva was so kind, considerate , and hospitable. She made sure everyone's needs were met. She answered all our questions with kindness. The tour itself was worth the long bus ride, the views from the bus were breathtaking. Meteora now holds a special place in our hearts. Its beauty and history is something to behold and remembered.

This tour was absolutely wonderful. The views of the landscape as we wound our way up through Meteora were stunning, and there were plenty of opportunities for photos. Our guide, Maria, was so knowledgeable and friendly, and her enthusiasm was infectious. We learned all about the history of the area and the monasteries, and her knowledge was so current that she knew how many nuns would be joining one of them by the next month! The monasteries themselves were so beautiful, and the art in the churches was nothing short of spectacular. Also, some of the artefacts in the museums were amazingly well-preserved for how old they were. The drive was very long (I recommend bringing something to do) but comfortable, with stops halfway (that's about 2 hours, so if you need regular bathroom breaks, bring some coins for the monastery bathrooms). Lunch was tasty and hearty, and kept us well-fuelled for all the walking. By the time we arrived back in Athens, we were completely exhausted, but it was so worth it. I'd go again, and definitely recommend this tour to anyone. Thank you again Maria for making our experience so amazing :)

I loved it! The tour with this company works perfectly, it's well organized and everyone is polite. It takes a long time because of the distance. We visited 3 monasteries and each one took around 1 hour or 40 minutes per monastery. I went for the beautiful scenery, but many people go for the faith. The place is really beautiful and enchanting. The guide spoke excellent English. It was worth it!

I had an amazing trip to Meteora today! Our guide, Kate, was absolutely wonderful – friendly, knowledgeable, and always smiling, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The driver was also excellent, making the journey smooth and comfortable. The monasteries of Meteora were breathtaking – perched high on the rocks with stunning views all around. It truly felt like stepping into another world, full of history, spirituality, and natural beauty. Walking through the ancient paths and seeing how the monasteries were built on such incredible rock formations was unforgettable. I highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Greece – it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience that combines history, culture, and some of the most magnificent landscapes you’ll ever see!

I really liked the whole trip. The team of our tour leader and the drivers was amazing. They were all really helpful and explained everything as good as they could. I now know a lot about Meteora because Eva (the tour guide) was so great.

A very good experience. Although the trip is quite long, it is worth it. Maria, the tour guide who accompanied us, EXCELLENT! Attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable. Her explanations were great. The tipi buffet lunch was also very good, in a very nice local restaurant.

The visit itself was very good. The setting is spectacular, and the monasteries very interesting. What detracts from the visit is: 1. The food was very improvable 2. The minibus in which we moved around the monasteries was old and, although comfortable, the a/c was not cool enough. 3. The guide did not explain much and showed a certain apathy.

The guide was very good! The food is not what they offered, there was never a bottle of water or slave!!! The audio guide had no information in advance that it was to download, the wifi was not working well in the bus so it was very difficult to download the audio guide. That is not what they promised. I would not recommend it.

Our guide Eva was really good, she answered every question we had and was particularly benevolent. Leonidas the driver of the bus was really nice too ! The landscapes were breath-taking, and the monasteries were very interesting. The only thing that bothered us during our trip was from the app, because we saw pictures of a minivan and thought we were going to be in a group of 5/6 people. We were in fact on a bus, but as it was half-full, we could sit whenever we wanted and could switch sides to see the view.

I rated good as the Guide was very knowledgable, spoke well, and was very nice. Maybe a bit long winded at times (passionate about the information) and because of that we did not have enough time to see as much as I would have liked. I would have rated higher but, I had an issue with my tickets which made me very upset. I purchased the tour with museum entrance fee inculded, but somehow lost the paper tickets the guide provided (2 one for me and one for my friend) while on the archeological site (fell out of pocket). I asked your guide if I could use the electronic ticket in your App that I downloaded, and she said that should be fine, so I did not go back to look for the lost tickets before leaving the archeological site. However, when we got to the museum the tickets that your company provided via the app did not work, they errored out at the door. I was then forced to purchase new tickets, or not get to enter the museum with the rest of my group. (Also, there was a conversationon in Greek between the guide and the museum ticket office about who was going to be responsible for telling me I was being forced to purchase new tickets. They did not realize my friend was fluent in Greek because she was speaking in English to me the whole trip. As soon as they started to go back and forth my friend told me what they were saying so they did not have to, and I did not appreciate that. Just tell me and let me deal with it.) It cost me an extra 40 Euros for what I already paid for, and I feel that I should not have had to do that as I had the electronic tickets from your companys app. I paid so that the tour could continue with out further delay, but would really love to get my money back if possible. The tour guide said she would write the issue up in her post tour report. If not refund, maybe credit on a future tour. I realize that I bear some responsibiity for the ticket loss, but the tickets in your app should have worked. I look forward to hearing from someone in your organization regarding this issue, thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.

Problems with the driver. He hinted to me that I might be a possible thief at a bus stop that was not on the itinerary. And he didn't want to let us stay on the bus.

The visit to Delphi is impressive, and all the more so with the explanations we had got in the bus during the trip to Delpi, with an excellent, cultured and entertaining guide.

On the day of the trip, there was a strike of Taxi Union of Athens, my hotel was in Glyfida region, so I was unable to get to the meeting point on time without the taxis and I could not get an effective help from the help desk of Headout; they just gave me the phone number of the tour company and told me to call them and tell my problem to them. What is the role of Headout then if I am to deal with a problem like this and if no productive help would be given!

Our tour guide Dimitrios had a lot of experience and told us a lot about the local myths and history. Great place to lunch and beautiful landscapes!

The bad part was that it was a long tour to Delphi from Athens (not much to do about that), but the guide gave the history of Delphi on the way there as well as explained what we saw on the way there and mentioned the history of the areas we passed. This was both interesting and a good way to pass the time. At the site and the museum tour she had good knowledge of the area and also showed picture of how it could have looked when it was in active use.

We were greeted by a friendly, well-groomed, beautiful young guide named Eleni. She was very happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were impressed on her excellent English and soothing tone of voice (what a gem you have working for you). She tirelessly helped whoever was in need throughout the whole long day. . The driver, Thomas was a pleasure to have driving us. He drove excellently and very professionally and we felt safe in his hands. You truly have a gem with him also and hope you take this comment seriously and perhaps give them a pay rise or bonus. Meteora trip was amazing but wouldn't have been without these two gorgeous people.

Very easy and straightforward booking, with clear joining instructions for the Meteora tour. Our guide Konstantina and driver Dimitris were both excellent. Well timed stops for refreshments and comfort breaks. Excellent choice of restaurant for lunch. Comfortable new Mercedes minibus. The site at Meteora was magnificent: a natural wonder! The only thing I didn't like was the fact that women visitors at the monasteries were required to wear an additional long skirt even if they were already wearing full-length trousers: a very antiquated and discriminatory attitude towards women!

Our guide constantina, our driver who is quiet but alert our group and the best part was the climb to the 2 monasteries we visited.

The excursion was really good. The down side was that it rained all day. The views weren't so good except for little glimpses through the clouds every now and then. The coach bus was comfortable and brand new with WiFi. Tour guide was lovely and very upbeat with the moody weather. She said we were lucky to see the monasteries in these conditions. and the driver was amazing in the wet steep mountain curves. The monestaries are beautiful and impressive so well worth the day to visit them. Was not too pleased with the lunch bill from the over priced tourist restaurant we were expected to eat lunch in. My bill as a single person was over 44 euros!! Outrageous. Be sure to ask the prices of everything before ordering lunch!!

The excursion to Meteora was really worth it: the scenery is breathtaking and the perched monasteries are just incredible 😍 On the other hand, I'd like to comment on the organization... The bus journey is already very long, but on top of that, our bus broke down on the way 😬 We waited almost an hour for another one to come and pick us up, without any apology or explanation. Luckily, the place was worth it, because it was really magical once we got there ✨

Well-organized day, smooth ride and passionate escort

The tickets did not include entry to the Delphi site. 30 minutes were wasted lining up to purchase tickets. We missed visiting the museum as the operator only allowed 2 hours. After contacting support, an explanation was provided as well as partial refund for the tickets

This was a thoroughly enjoyable tour! Our guide George was friendly, punctual and well organised. Communication was excellent right throughout and we were made to feel welcome and relaxed with clear instructions, meeting times and locations given. The group was roughly 40, including children and people requiring mobility assistance. The bus trip was comfortable and informative and about 2.5hrs each way. The site itself is stunning, signed well and the VR element with music was super immersive. The suggested lunch location was tasty ranging €10-20pp.

It was really easy to book and to find the pick up point. We even had to change the date due to our travel plans and that was very easy to do. Michaela, our guide was very informative. Delphi, itself was stunning and I am so glad we went to experience the site. We had a stop in Delphi for lunch and a photo stop in Arachiva. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable day.

Funny tour guide Well organized trip Enough time to spend on site

Pretty much everything. From the guide and driver, to the sights and places.

This was a fantastic day trip to the archeological site and museum. First and foremost, never felt rushed at the site. We had plenty of time to walk around and take in the ruins. The bus ride was comfortable, and major props to the bus driver for getting us around the tight turns, especially in Arachovo. Thanos was our guide, and he was very nice and infromative. I only wish he would snap his fingers every so often (that's an Avengers joke for you). After the site, we had a lovely time at a restaurant to take in drinks with a view. And the VR stuff? It was cool at first, but slowly we got tired of looking at the screens and felt better off just reading the plaques.

Every moment was a joy. For the rest of my life I will have these memories. It was an amazing excursion with a great tour guide, fantastic views and high energy spots within the archeological site.

Our guide Michaela was very friendly and attentive. She was smiling and gave interesting explanations, speaking in English slowly enough so that we didn't get too lost. She always made sure she had everyone on the bus when it left, so it was impossible for the bus to leave without us. On the other hand, the time spent at the site and museum was too short. Just over 2 hours! It wasn't enough for us to take full advantage of the archaeological site and museum as we would have liked, given the size and importance of the place. We would have preferred more time on site, even if it meant less at the other stops. And we didn't know when the meal time would take place. It was a bit vague, and we'd have preferred to have a precise schedule for the day from the outset.

The price with the ticket included was very competitive. I would, however, suggest an earlier departure from Delphi as we only had time to see the ruins. An extra 30 - 45 minutes would also have permitted us to see the museum, so at least 3 hours at the site instead of 2 hours.

The organization in general and the assistance of tour leader michaela who was efficient, attentive, precise, kind and helpful.

The bus broke down on the way back. On the outward journey it took longer to get the tickets from the guide, who had to queue at the ticket office rather than buy them directly. The guide didn't explain how to use the phone, mainly because the virtual reality had to be synchronized with the real view.

The tour was well organised, although it was a bit hard to find the meeting point since there was no info, which sign to look for. We had enough time to enjoy Delfi at our own pace. The guide was very helpful and nice :)

The views were great, smooth drive there and no issues once there. However pick up point wasn't clear - went to the office that morning to confirm - the information provided by HeadOut was out of date. Pick up is from the office only.

Actual tour was amazing, but we were told 2 different pick up locations and only ended up realising this once we got to the wrong location. Bus didn't turn up so rang the company and they said the pick up address was on the other side of Athens. Had to quickly uber to the right location after being told the wrong one, we were very lucky to not miss it. More information should be provided on this tour as it is quite unorganised.

The experience went great! The guide very friendly and fun, explaining interesting things along the tour. The views of Cape Sunion and the temple of Poseidon at sunset are beautiful. The entrance fee is paid separately, it is 20€ which is worth paying once there.

Great excursion, with the guide Geoge, who was super friendly and gave great information about the excursion. The entrance to the temple is worth it, you can explore a lot and take lots of beautiful pictures. The stay of over 2 hours is perfectly adequate. The bus transfer is very pleasant.

My expectations were met and history at the site is very interesting. The guide at the tour had a lot of history knowledge (that I experienced in a conversation on the bus)...so I guess a lot of your other tours he can share more of his knowledge than on this sunset tour 😊).

The ride was through a breathtaking picturesque beachfront road once we got outside of Athens metropolitan area, which came as a pleasant surprise! The tour guide 'Thanos' was very friendly and helpful who explained stories from Greek mythology and made the trip memorable!

Amazing tour guide and well organized!

The experience was wonderful. The downside was that we paid for a guided tour and the guide only explained a couple of things on the bus on the way to Cape Sounion. He gave us an audio guide on the bus that explained things about Athens and the sites we passed through before arriving at the cape. This audio guide in Spanish (in our case) spoke very poorly and was difficult to understand. The problem is that we paid for the guide to give us a tour of the cape and when we got off the bus the guide explained that he would wait for us on the bus until the sunset was over (20:20) and from there we would have 10 minutes to return to the bus.

The bus drive was very comfortable. Our guide Sotiris was very helpful and was always available for questions. The trip has been organized very well! The pick up station was easy to find. The sunset was very beautiful!

Communication was confusing - given two different pick up locations so had to go to the office to clarify the day before. The trip itself was long but you got to see the coast and various holiday resorts outside of Athens. More information along the route about these would be good. No stops on the way - it was a long wait for the actual sunset before rushing to leave on the coach again. Only seating was in the Temple restaurant which was very basic, busy and expensive. Overall not a bad excursion but not the best.

The experience went well but we could not go through the coast road because of the fires. I think they should have warned us earlier so that we could have made our own decision.

The tour that we had booked stated that entry to the temple was included, but when we arrived we were told we had to pay an extra 20EURO to enter the temple. When we challenged the tour guide, he clearly knew of the issue and advised that this was a "misunderstanding" on the inclusion list. This was highly frustrating for us and in the end we felt we had been taken to the location under the false pretence of included temple entry. In the end we reluctanctly paid for entry as it was a one of visit that we woudlnt repeat, but we felt almost "held captive" by the location. The bus ride and the temple were good though, but we felt bad for the tour guide as he was under pressure from lots of our group as a result of the "misunderstood" listing, and has clearly faced this issue in the past as his response was well rehearsed.

Excellent service and bus trip and the sunset is awesome. Only bad but is the cafe there, which isn't the organisers' fault, but the food is not great and the service is terrible.

The overall experience was good and worth the amount spent. Cape Sunion was beautiful during the Sunset. Actually the road to Cape Sunion has picturesque view. The temple of Poseidon is mostly in ruins and pretty similar though much smaller than what you see in Acropolis or Parthenon. But the surroundings are beautiful.

We loved the trip and our guide, the temple of Poseidon was very beautiful and the sunset incredible. Very recommend.

We really enjoyed our tour, it is quite complete and Cristopher, the guide, and Manos, the bus driver, were helpful and kind.

Very beautiful, magnificent archaeological sites and also the city of Nafplio. Kind and knowledgeable guide. Only downside, headout that says Mycenae tickets are included but not true. Suggest to change info on site.

In addition to difficulties in using the audio guide, purchased ticket for excursion including lunch arrived in Nafplio lunch was not provided.

We enjoyed this day very much. Highly recommended to visit archaeological sites as important as those of Athens.

Irene, the guide, was charming. She spoke English and French. We arrived well in advance at the meeting point and she was already there. At the archaeological sites they give you just enough time to see them. They give you a guide which is a mobile app, in the language you want. It works well. Also, Irene gives explanations when you go on the bus. On the other hand, in Nafplion the time they give you is very short, they should at least give you one more hour. We took a sandwich with us, but if you ate in a restaurant, I doubt that you could see anything. And it is a very pretty coastal town. I wanted to go up to the top of the village and take a walk by the sea.

We booked the tour of Mycenae, Nafplio, Epidaurus and Corinth( 20 minutes) . Our escort, though young, was attentive to everyone's needs. The time allotted for each stop was fair, however I would have preferred more time in Nafplio to be able to see the castle and fortress which, unfortunately are not visible in an hour and 30 being on high ground. Tickets to the sites are not included, and a tablet is provided on the bus with information about the sites you are going to visit, so you can unravel your visit more independently. The bus was comfortable. For us it was a nice day and above all it is a very convenient solution to be able to see the main sites without having the "stress" of the car and finding the way by yourself. Also I had found an offer with very good price.

We experienced a unique day in the Saronic Gulf on the Calypso B. On Aegina we strolled through the narrow streets and enjoyed a delicious pistachio ice cream. Off Moni we bathed in the cold sea and enjoyed a delicious lunch and on Aegina we waded in knee-deep, crystal-clear water. The highlight, however, was the crew, who looked after and entertained us with a lot of heart and soul. We can only warmly recommend this cruise. André and family from Switzerland
