The day tour was truly an outstanding experience. The guide Michael was the best I’ve met in Greece. The coach, driver, and activities were excellent. I highly recommend it 100%, and I will definitely use your travel agency again in the future.

I loved Vasilis, our guide in French. So human and relevant and his knowledge is out if this world. I congratulate myself to have chosen this particular guided tour with this wonderful human being.

I rated good as the Guide was very knowledgable, spoke well, and was very nice. Maybe a bit long winded at times (passionate about the information) and because of that we did not have enough time to see as much as I would have liked. I would have rated higher but, I had an issue with my tickets which made me very upset. I purchased the tour with museum entrance fee inculded, but somehow lost the paper tickets the guide provided (2 one for me and one for my friend) while on the archeological site (fell out of pocket). I asked your guide if I could use the electronic ticket in your App that I downloaded, and she said that should be fine, so I did not go back to look for the lost tickets before leaving the archeological site. However, when we got to the museum the tickets that your company provided via the app did not work, they errored out at the door. I was then forced to purchase new tickets, or not get to enter the museum with the rest of my group. (Also, there was a conversationon in Greek between the guide and the museum ticket office about who was going to be responsible for telling me I was being forced to purchase new tickets. They did not realize my friend was fluent in Greek because she was speaking in English to me the whole trip. As soon as they started to go back and forth my friend told me what they were saying so they did not have to, and I did not appreciate that. Just tell me and let me deal with it.) It cost me an extra 40 Euros for what I already paid for, and I feel that I should not have had to do that as I had the electronic tickets from your companys app. I paid so that the tour could continue with out further delay, but would really love to get my money back if possible. The tour guide said she would write the issue up in her post tour report. If not refund, maybe credit on a future tour. I realize that I bear some responsibiity for the ticket loss, but the tickets in your app should have worked. I look forward to hearing from someone in your organization regarding this issue, thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.

Problems with the driver. He hinted to me that I might be a possible thief at a bus stop that was not on the itinerary. And he didn't want to let us stay on the bus.

On the day of the trip, there was a strike of Taxi Union of Athens, my hotel was in Glyfida region, so I was unable to get to the meeting point on time without the taxis and I could not get an effective help from the help desk of Headout; they just gave me the phone number of the tour company and told me to call them and tell my problem to them. What is the role of Headout then if I am to deal with a problem like this and if no productive help would be given!

The visit to Delphi is impressive, and all the more so with the explanations we had got in the bus during the trip to Delpi, with an excellent, cultured and entertaining guide.

Our tour guide Dimitrios had a lot of experience and told us a lot about the local myths and history. Great place to lunch and beautiful landscapes!

The bad part was that it was a long tour to Delphi from Athens (not much to do about that), but the guide gave the history of Delphi on the way there as well as explained what we saw on the way there and mentioned the history of the areas we passed. This was both interesting and a good way to pass the time. At the site and the museum tour she had good knowledge of the area and also showed picture of how it could have looked when it was in active use.

My guide was great: engaging, informative and friendly. I'd recommend the tour and pick her brains about Greco-Roman history too!

Different locations to test the food and drinks. Love the variety. Really enjoyed the family style lunch with the group to be able to test all the local cuisine or favorites. Enjoyed the experience of traditional Greek coffee. Guide was knowledgeable taking us around the area and explaining the foods and drinks and what made them unique. Highly recommend!

The tour said it started at 8am but didn't start until 9am. I felt like the stays on the islands were too short. Very rushed. The yacht was really nice and comfortable. The yacht crew were very friendly. The food and drinks were also great.

This cruise is worth every cent, great value for money, we were picked up and dropped off from centre of Athens. The crew were amazing and took great care of us. The islands we visited were absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend, you won't regret it!

The trip was great. We were lucky to have fantastic weather but it was something I will remember for a long time. The crew were lovely and helpful and the boat was nice. Food was also surprisingly nice too. Both islands we visited were amazing, especially Agistri, would definately recommend the bike tour! 10/10 experience!

This was a fun experience for a family of four. The kids really enjoyed the swimming and snorkeling activities, which was a lot of fun.

If you’re having limited time to explore Athens, this tour is one of the best ways to experience the islands. The hotel pickup was on time ,and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating! Would recommend it to everyone!

The cruise was a great way to experience the islands near Athens. The food was great, and tasted delicious.

It was a good tour and we visited five food locations in the central area of Athens. The guide also provided some useful background information about Athens.

Christina was excellent and the street food tour was such a great way to see the city and experience local food and culture and visit restaurants we wouldn't have known about. Highly recommend!!
